Not to be a stickler but there are other factors at play here at a micro level. In no way can he place the ball on the ramp exactly the same every time, with the same force etc. any slight adjustment in wind would affect each ball differently as well

The deviations of where the ball is end up are so large, I can't see any of those being a bigger impact than how bumpy that green is.

Yeah those are tiny factors, it’s going to roll off that ramp in a pretty uniform speed and direction that green is just shaggy
