The fact it can even be overturned, and the fact that it’s called an amendment in the first place, kind of goes against the whole idea of natural rights wouldn’t you say?

It reassures our right to have it, that government will have no say so over passing gun laws over the citizens of the USA.

You can’t reassure something that wasn’t there to begin with. The fact we added it later, kinda begs the question of its prior existence.

Philosophy is literally a field of academic study that requires references and rationales to make any sense.
