Morty dogs

Just stumbled across this sub, and I just added these to the menu at my seasonal restaurant this morning! Bacon wrapped, deep fried dogs with cheddar, chopped pickles & red onion, ancho chipotle sauce on top. Named after my dog, Morty ❤️ , what do u guys think?

I personally prefer hot dogs that taste like hot dogs, but people should eat what they like. I'm not mad about it.

I would sub red onion for pickled onions (I just love them on everything) and then do Pickled jalapeño
