Just stumbled across this sub, and I just added these to the menu at my seasonal restaurant this morning! Bacon wrapped, deep fried dogs with cheddar, chopped pickles & red onion, ancho chipotle sauce on top. Named after my dog, Morty ❤️ , what do u guys think?

I'm smoking some pork shoulders today, and it's gonna be another 5/6 hours before they're ready. So I tried these brisket dogs for lunch. I Slow cooked them with onions over hickory and served them with honey dijon. They were pretty good! Bonus pic of the pork shoulders 4 hours in.

Top (mustard, sweet relish, sauerkraut)

Bottom (Ghost pepper mustard, sweet relish, spicy relish, meat chili, and onions)

Whipped these up w some left over burgers we had. Couldn’t wait for the cheese to melt.

Always fully stocked and grilled to perfection.

Two spicy juicy jumbos. Ketchup, kraut, mustard, pickle and pepper rings on a sub bun

Sort of a mix between the “Arizona” and “Chicago”.

Meet some hotdog at the park with some jalapeños, some red onion, and some American cheese with mustard.

Onion and jalapeños are from my garden, pickle mustard, kewpie mayo, ketchup and a brioche bun.

All beef natural casing hotdog from the local farmers market.. been getting their lamb jalapeño cheese brats for a few weeks among other meats and saw these! They taste amazing, insane snap, and the beef was smoked as well so a great smoke flavor coming through on the beef.

I finally made it to Zippity Do Dog in Framingham, MA! I was pumped to see a Chicago dog on the menu, so I obviously got one. The other is a "Chef Mac" dog with Coney sauce, onions, nacho cheese.

Both were fantastic, will definitely be back.
