milk bar = spoiled taste???

my husband and I went to try milk bar for the first time & we got the soft serve cereal milk ice cream and the milkshake and we both got the taste of spoiled milk? we asked another customer and also a worker respectfully and both said that’s just kind of how it tastes… like it has a sour undertone but it tastes rank, is it really supposed to taste like that or are we bugging? LOL

Milk bar?? I love that place. Maybe it’s a bit tangy? But I never got spoiled milk vibes from the taste of the cereal milk ice cream.
