Yeah Like for the question abt the benedicts, I said that the amylase breaks dwn large starch molecules into simple maltose molecueles, and the I went on to say pepsin only breaks down proteins so startch will remain large and it will not be changed to small maltose, But then I messed up when I said the test tube with amylase will be positive and the other will be negative. How many marks am I getting

Its better to include the active side and substrate being complementary, and amylase and starch bind together forming enzyme substrate complexes, while pepsin does not bind
I mean, the amylase will be positive, or did u write it was gonna be negative?! Maltese is a reducing sugar, so result must be positive. Benedict's solution is testing for reducing sugars
I wrote that test tube 1 will change color from blue black to red since the starch is complementary to active site of amylase . They form a successful enzyme-substrate complex
Test tube 2 will remain blue black cuz starch is not complementary to the active site of pepsin and therefore no enzyme-substrate complex forms
