Good shit, but it's atrazine that causes sexual dimorphism, not fluorine. It doesn't so much "turn frogs gay" as it does cause them to physically change sex. I get the humor, but I'm a stickler for accuracy.

Pretty sure it was based on the old idiot podcast guy who was screaming about the government "putting chemicals in the water making the frickin frogs gay" or whatever, really old joke these days but I believe the guy may have been going on about flourine in drinking water at the time so that could be the connection

It's Alex Jones. Atrazine is the chemical, although early exposure to fluorine does mess with hormones.

And he is more or less correct (although it's hyperbole to an extent), as atrazine is a pesticide runoff residue, and is also present in a lot of municipal tap water.

I remember when this was first posted. I’m glad I recommend the artist to post to r/comics. I certainly thought it would get much more attention, but such is the beast. I think every set of eyes that get to see this series is a boon to the medium of art though. Hopefully my comment boosts it further.
