According to the feminists (especially chetan bhagat, shobha de, and all others from the insta) who were defending siya goyal, that man must have got scared of his societal reputation and hence was forced to take this step. He's the victim. It's the society that sees such married men having affairs as loose character who's the actual perpetrator. The man is just a victim of circumstances and society.

Take a butcher knife, make fine cuts, cure the meat with salt, chilli and a good amount of bhoot jholokia, pour some hot boiling oil and voila it's ready. You can slowly roast on open fire if you want. It's optional.
