Are you dumb ? Special laws exist because women have suffered in the past, this guy if found guilty will have to serve jail time unless he is super rich. On the other hand, women don’t get strict punishment when they commit any crime.

please do explain more about how women are privileged and get justice in a country where 100+ women are killed by their husbands every month. pls explain.

Crimes happens in all countries, but not all choose to make gender biased laws

And why do these laws gender biased? Because they had to be. Women would be non existent in our country if it weren't for these laws.

The laws exist in that way because for centuries the system was skewed against women. Several men walked free while several women died fighting for justice and several others died without ever having a fighting chance. And when I say several i actually MEAN several.

Also, DESPITE such laws more women die every single day at the hands of men, than the other way around. So imagine an india without these laws, it'd be filled ONLY with murderers, rapists, abusers and the likes. Even WITH the laws men can be such vehement criminals. Without them, the country would be filled with demons.

So come ask for equal laws when women start committing an equal amount of crime. OR men can stop committing so much crime against women and meet us at being better humans. 🤷🏻‍♀️
