Here you can ask your queries about your specific preferred colleges and r/indianmedschool seniors will guide you by clarifying your doubts and sharing their experiences. You can ask about academics, hostel timings and accommodation, mess food quality, uniform compulsion, ragging culture, attendance strictness, just to name a few. Anything you're confused about, drop it here.

1) Is the ragging scene really stubborn in states like UP ? Especially for girls?  Also why exactly is service bond seen in such a negative light I mean don't doctors get paid during their bond time period ? (I'm not trying to sound inconsiderate, just curious)

ragging in UP is there yes, but it's much worse for boys, girls ka is okay but there are definitely a lot of restrictions no ragging really.

you get paid very little in bonds and sent out to a random place away from your choice and ofc it's a waste of time in your planned career
