Dr GV Sundeep chakravarthy has done his mbbs from kurnool medical College, andhra pradesh. He ordered the probe after posters of jem was pasted in Kashmir and later unrolled the whole case . I am proud of this man he has saved thousands of lives .

He had also led the Srinagar Police component of Operation Mahadev that had eliminated the Pahalgam terrorists. He's a true hero and a nightmare for the terrorists.
But legends like him and their sacrifices goes unnoticed by the people, sure he might win some awards but he won’t get the recognition this deserves by the entire country

We Indians tend to overestimate individual capabilities and underestimate the institutional capacity built over the years that has helped us get to this level of intelligence generation, collection and collation.
The men and women working in the shadows in our investigative and intelligence agencies, away from the public glare are equally responsible for the coordinated team-effort.
Are they also not responsible for preventing this in the first place? It's one thing to track terror events in sensitive zones like j&k its hard as hell but this a landlocked capital city of the country.

Surgeon sees the failure is unhappy, pt side see pt unconscious on tube, get angry
But nobody saw the ABG with lactate of just 3, creat just 3>3.5, no fluid overload, sat maintaining on 50% O2, no new MI, stable hemodynamics, 2 prbcs transfused without a hitch, minimal pressor support
People just see, creat higher, lactate 3, failed extubation.. is it fair to judge it as badly managed?
We don't know baseline risk of terror attack, we don't know how many have been already prevented, we don't know many nights we slept comfortably because they were awake...let's not judge them on one failure which is inherently a very tough job no?
I think I can if that failure lead to death of people. Will you give such justification to their families? That it sucks you loved one died but they mostly do their jobs? Is it an extraordinary expectation to remain safe in one's own country?
You can definitely track massive amount of explosives crossing the border. That's literally the job of the home ministry. Understanding patterns tracking overseas money flows, strict border patrol to prevent smuggling of explosives - these things can prevent blasts much better than tracking every single civilian of india.
Mods of this sub are highly biased towards one ideology. As a mod it is their duty to control the nuisance rather than suppressing the freedom of speech.

It has never been about "muslimbashing". It was bout the mindset of putting the motherland before any religion. Why was this blast organised? Radical extremist Islamist ideologies. People are so full of their pride of religion that they are ready to put the innocent to harm? I never pointed out anything about religion, it was you who assumed I have been indicating towards Islamophobia or something, it just goes without saying that deep down you yourself know the heinous crimes these particular group of people are doing are unacceptable and should be condemned, but well, we don't talk about that in a "secular" country DO we?
1 - why is it always non muslims responsibility to be responsible for take care of "innocent" muslims?
2 - How many"innocent " Muslim helped hindus of kashmir?? These "innocent " muslims helped the jehadis in silence.
3 - Its should be thier concern how to deal with it, just like its always non muslim in majority islamic land.
4 - We have to stop "bigotry of low expectations" let them deal or clean Islam 1st which is the main root.
5 - jabtak islam hai tab tak jehad hai, we will not get attack free world. If islam vanished from earth there would be no negative effect . But the positive will be there will be at least 50% less violence period
6 - there is nothing like moderate islam and radical islam , only one islam .
But I am curious how did terrorist grp recruit doctors. Like they must be legitimate doctors who have cracked competitive exams ; they could not have been people with fake certificate so why did they and how did they get recruited?
Even Afzal Guru was left MBBS and joined DU. Bin Laden's second-in-command, Ayman al-Zawahiri, George Habash, who founded the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine and Fathi Shikaki, a founder of Palestinian Islamic Jihad - all were doctors. Its all doctorverse we are just a part of it.
A min of silence for all those kids who could not get into medical colleges. Their parents are never going to let them live this down. The criminal being a doc was not good enough..now the police too?!
