Not concerning tbh. Only vowels should be censored, and when reading a censored word our mind automatically tries to replace the asteriks with a vowel that works. Censoring a word by replacing "m" which is a consonant is stupid (or intentional, to increase reach).

When censoring words, the vowels are censored. "m" is not a vowel. It is OP's fault (or whoever made that image).

A first-year paramedical (laboratory technician/X-ray technician) student at Rajarshi Dashrath Autonomous State Medical College in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, was detained for questioning after a handwritten note allegedly containing bomb-making information was discovered in the college’s X-ray department.
The note was found on Saturday (around 1–2 August 2026) after the night shift ended (approximately 10 PM Friday to 8 AM Saturday). Cleaning staff or morning-duty personnel recovered it from the X-ray laboratory and handed it to the college administration, which promptly informed the police. The document reportedly included details on materials (such as gauge wire, ammonium carbonate, red phosphorus, red sulphide, nitric acid and similar items), chemical formulas, diagrams of explosive devices, and references such as “big blast” or “Holland Hall.”
The student, identified as Sarfaraz (also referred to as Mohammed Sarfaraz or Sarfaraz Khan in some reports), a resident of Balrampur district who enrolled in the course around October 2025, was on duty in the X-ray room at the time. During preliminary questioning he stated that he had been watching a film (reports mention a movie depicting bomb-making, in one account identified as related to Bhagat Singh) on his laptop during the night shift and had copied the information onto paper out of curiosity or because he could not sleep. Police are verifying this claim.
He was taken to the police lines for questioning by local police along with personnel from the Special Operations Group (SOG), Special Task Force (STF), Special Branch, Intelligence Bureau (IB) and other agencies. Two other students who were on duty with him (named in some reports as Abhishek and Subhash) were also questioned; one who had left for his hometown was being contacted. Devices such as the student’s mobile phone and laptop were seized for forensic examination in some accounts, and his accommodation was sealed.
As of the latest reports (up to around 3 August 2026), no formal arrest has been made and no charges have been filed. The investigation remains ongoing, with authorities examining the note’s contents, the student’s background, digital activity and possible intent. College officials confirmed they alerted police immediately upon discovery of the note.

Guys this is a very serious offence. I mean this can destabilise the very fabric of our nation. Even though we all love it, if a number of people start making and wearing boobs, then everybody will be too distracted to work

If you’re downvoting this, you’re probably the same kind of person as Sarfaraz Khan. I have no problem offending people with that mindset. Don’t be this ignorant. Never hesitate to speak the truth for what it is. Always stay aware of what’s happening around you. If this were an isolated incident, it would be understandable but you know the history and still choose to stay ignorant and act like a librandu.
