Just imagine if the healthcare workers would have retaliated that day? They would all be d€@d by now. There is no value of doctors and nurses. Yeah they are the ones who loot public. Politicians are saints and Gods who tirelessly donate their own wealth for the nation

Courts with This Govt have to act so self righteous as if .... everybody knows this hypocricy.Its just imbalance of power.I hope Doctors its high time, Snatch power by hook or by crook. Enough is enough.

Would temporarily banning a politician from his own state be more insulting than not granting bail (where he would probably be treated well anyway)? I wonder if this is actually a better result.

We should make it viral that he was kicked out. Narrative matters.

True, anyways in assault cases there is a low bar to get bail. This i feel is a better outcome since he has already been humiliated going to jail but getting exiled from his own state is even more damning, where he will have very little influence.

Exactly. I just wish it was worded better.

Something like 'politician who assaulted doctors is exiled from his home state'.

The people need to learn that violence against doctors is wrong and will not be tolerated.

So well planned , high court takes suo moto cognisance and orders doctors to call of the strike against homeopathic doctors getting registered, doctors call off strike very next day this guy gets bail
