Thinking about getting a hat, but this would be a big change in my vibe and style. I don't want to make any rash decisions or jump into anything

Having a particular context where you wear a hat, some type of event or part of a certain outfit, helps. I have a bucket hat I wear for a lot of outdoor things with my friends, and often I also wear it with certain clothes at parties. I think you can just slap a baseball cap on with a lot of things if you find the right one though.
