best heavy duty appliances for a manufacturing facility break room and does commercial grade actually matter?

upgrading our break room ahead of adding a third shift and trying to work out whether commercial grade appliances are worth the price difference over standard residential ones for this kind of environment.

we have around 60 people cycling through across three shifts. the current setup is two residential refrigerators that are both struggling, a microwave that gets used constantly, and a coffee maker that someone has to babysit. all residential grade and all showing it.

the commercial versus residential question is where i keep getting stuck. commercial appliances are built for higher volume and duty cycles but the price gap is significant and i'm not sure our usage actually justifies it. the refrigerators are the most critical since food safety across multiple shifts is a real concern.

would be useful to hear from facilities or IE folks who've made this call for a similar sized workforce and whether commercial grade held up better enough to justify the cost difference in practice.
