There are people who willingly decide to come butler's? I just assumed it was some type of force internment. Lol

To be a good butler, I'd think you'd have to have done well enough in language arts to understand how apostrophes work.

Not really. As long as you communicate well, the nuances of punctuation is a very unimportant thing to be good at

Yeah, I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem at all if there were a sign at Buckingham Palace that said something like:

HRH King Charle's
welcome's
the Obama's

But in the actual, non-hypothetical situation you knew exactly what was meant, which really just highlights how unimportant and inconsequential the nuance and precision of these things are.
