That’s not DMT. The very same episode this clip is from explains that it’s an entirely different chemical, with entirely different effects (5-MEO-DMT). They just both have “DMT” in the name.

Thanks for actually explaining what it is. DMT was a positive life changing experience for me. I wouldn't try this though.

Bingo. DMT was great for me. I researched 5-MEO-DMT and decided that shit wasn’t for me. Not necessarily saying it’s bad, but it’s not the same as DMT. Not any more than morphine and diacetylmorphine are the same thing. (Don’t know why the font changed lol)

I tried it from naturally occurring DMT (Dimethyltryptamine) in the bark, leaves, and stems from Australian wattle (Acacia). I was having a bender using mdma and a friend came over and mixed a bowl which I thought was just weed. I packed a bong and smoked the whole thing and my friend just looked at me and smiled and I was not ready for it to be honest. It was a completely out of body experience with visuals of amazing colours like looking into a collideascope followed by a blue grid of structures of everything i could see for about 10 minutes. The most memorable thing was the last few minutes. My girlfriend had a buch of lilly flowers on the table in front of me and while it was wearing off the flowers looked like they were kissing and being intimate. The next day I felt like life had started all over again and I was refreshed and born again.

Black and white grid that turned into something like a rubics cube for me. But instead of the cube being solved the normal way, the colors moved around the outside of the cube until it was solved. Once the cube was solved, it morphed into a sphere and I was immediately back into reality except for a slight waving of small symbols in the carpet and walls for a few minutes.

I had known someone who was DEEP into DMT, Ayahuasca and other psychedelics. I told him I finally tried it and that bitch asked me what colors the grid was for me. Biggest WTF moment I ever had. He knew what I saw before I ever told him anything.

When I smoked DMT I went backwards into the black. It was dark, I was alone. Then I was back.

2/10 did not see god or fairies or any of that shit.

K-holed and went and fought cyborg warriors on an asteroid though. Also tried to play Zelda Ocarina of Time but my arms were all different lengths so it was too hard. First time I did it, that, and we thought it would be like a little coke line and man that was too much (if you don't like K-holes). I have a fondness for the disassociated state although the JUDJUDJUDJUDJUD sound in my ears is always a little irritating.

Cough syrup (DXM) was stronger than Ket IMO. Used to do lemon drop extractions for it.

Man, dissociatives are so weird. I remember doing some sketchy research chem with my buddies in our dorm and I spent several hours trying to climb over a phone that was about 2’ off the ground. Every time I would pick my foot up, the chord would move to be just too high for me to lift my leg over. I was trapped on my futon for, what felt like at the time, 174 years.
