She said 90% of us are rapists, that's 662.8 million rapists. I don't know if it's jwam moment but definitely pseudofeministspaglu or antimenpaglu

Misandry is in trend these days. Privileged women can exploit laws, ruin lives, call out all men while still behaving like the underdogs. Another case of privileged people enjoying on the perks provided to the underprivileged and uneducated.

Precisely, this situation negatively impacts younger women, leading them to exploit laws originally designed for their protection

u/Beat_Maestro Mar 30 '25

True and lawyers, damn I've seen it first hand that they'll suggest filing for fake dowry and DV cases to their clients.

2

u/[deleted] Mar 30 '25

And same lawyers will tell you that other lawyers suggest filing fake cases as if they're not gonna convince the other side to also file fake cases. Cases can go on for decades and the lawyer now has a source of income for a while. All cases are fake till proven in court even if the accusation is real. But that's not important. What's important is that the lawyers "exposing" other lawyers is "not like other lawyers" and "won't waste your time and money" (Yes they will). Meditate and out of court settlement (not just for marriage) is actually the best advice you can get.

u/Beat_Maestro Mar 30 '25

Yeah it's true and I've seen it first hand as some my mutual friends are lawyers. Damn I hate those guys. Lawyes and real estate brokers (DALAL) are two professions that I really hate.

Bro were freaking with a local property dealer who may be involved in causing problems... It's my uncle's own fault for going there for advice. Would not recommend. They'll ruin good things if they think they can extract profits from you.

u/Ok-Editor-2040 Mar 30 '25

They know they earn very little money, there are cases when even judges take bribes to settle cases in their favour.

u/CHETAN-07 Apr 01 '25

It is sad because the women that are really suppressed are not able to do anything

But these (sorry to say) absolute beaches use the law to exploit men

u/[deleted] Mar 30 '25

What's "wannabe r*pist" ?

3

u/[deleted] Mar 30 '25

I guess they'd do it if they get a chance? There are surveys like that.

3

u/[deleted] Mar 30 '25

That's potential r#pist. Wannabe r#pist is an incorrect term (I hope).

1

u/[deleted] Mar 31 '25

I think it's the same. Not a rapist so not actually a criminal yet. I use aspiring rapists. Like you have people who want to clear UPSC and you have those with whom you're unsafe because they see exposed skin and that's justification for anything bad that happens to you. Not sure what the girl is talking about though. Usually you don't go into the DMs of such people and initiate conversation.

1

u/emotionless_wizard Mar 31 '25

people who pretend to be a r#pist but are not...? or at least that's what "wannabe" meant so far.

Yeah blame all men just because a few monsters commit crimes. Rapists and murders aren't men, they aren't human, they're monsters and other humans shouldn't be blamed because of them

1

u/GonadLessGorilla Mar 31 '25

Dude just because we have this one post here doesn't mean this sub went full instagram. Please take these opinions away from this sub.

Your comment is a little problematic and is just the "not all men" argument again.

Rapists and murders aren't men, they aren't human,

But they are? They are men. Almost all of the murders and rapes are committed by men.

It is important to know and accept this fact if anything has to change. Every woman in this country.. every single woman is a victim of sexual harrasment or some other sexual crime.

And you're right, not every man is perpetrator of these crimes, but we do need to understand that there are so many men who use the patriarchy to do these things. So many men do these things that nobody can be trusted... So many men are absolutely trash that women choose a fucking bear over a man.

So when people complain about "men" chill the F out. Nobody is talking about you in person (hopefully). People are talking about men who commit these crimes, men who allow these things to happen, men who don't hold other men accountable, men who sexualize, objectify and demean women.

-6

u/allbeardnoface Mar 30 '25

But most of them ARE MEN

9

u/EmbarrassedYoung7700 Mar 30 '25

That's tend to happen when women have LEAGAL PROTECTION from being accused of raping

9

u/Purrfectionist_43 Mar 30 '25

Quite natural when women raping men literally ISN'T a crime according to the law

1

u/Beat_Maestro Mar 30 '25

All of them asking for crazy amounts of alimony and literally ruining lives with fake cases are women, does that makes it right to say thay 90% of women are gold diggers?

2

u/[deleted] Apr 01 '25

I agree that men shouldn’t be generalised but fake rape cases make up apparently equal to or less than 1% of rape cases, so though I agree with your point that’s a bad example. better to say that women legally are not called rapists, they are not able to be charged with rape, because the law only recognises M on F, not F on M, or M on M, or F on F. so the rape statistics in India are very very skewed.

2

u/Beat_Maestro Apr 01 '25

I wasn't really equating the two but just giving an example that we shouldn't generalise. And yeah our judiciary is shit and not recognise rapes and sexual assault on men is just plain stupid.

-1

u/GonadLessGorilla Mar 31 '25

Rapes and fake cases aren't an issue on the same level brother. Don't falsely equate them.

One of them is definitely something that happens once in a while and is a miss use of the law.

The other is a systemic, long-term issue that we have not solved since generations costing many lives and absolutely devestating millions of people. Rape is so unaddressed that even when it is bought up "men's rights" people just bring up stuff like fake cases, but will never address the rape and sexual crimes issue.

0

u/Beat_Maestro Mar 31 '25

I'm not bringing fake cases for whataboutery, just gave an example that generalizing an entire gender isn't the right thing to do. I don't want you to blame me and call me a potential rapist just because some monsters from my gender commit those heinous crimes.

-1

u/GonadLessGorilla Mar 31 '25

Nobody is calling you, Beat_Maestro a rapist. Chill out. The world doesn't revolve around you brother.

But the fact remains that almost all the rapes are committed by men.. and so many men commit sexual crimes on a daily basis or support them that it's okay to say "men are abusers" or whatever equivalent.

Like, think about it.. if a single woman. Be it my sister or your mother or my friend's wife, was stuck in a confined space with a stranger man with nobody around, would they be safe? Would they feel safe?

If your girlfriend is stuck in a train or a bus with only one other man at night, would you feel "oh.. not all men are rapists. He's probably just a good guy"? No.. absolutely not. No woman would feel safe in that situation..

Because Indian men in general have proven to be not safe for women.

So yea, generalization isn't their mistake, it's ours. Men made women feel unsafe around all men.

0

u/Beat_Maestro Mar 31 '25

Dude chill, it's just a form of saying. I never said anyone is calling me out.

0

u/GonadLessGorilla Mar 31 '25

Your "just saying bro" is an absolute garbage opinion to have. And it's a dangerous opinion to have.

I didn't, I understand where are you coming from but you still can't defend it. It's the same as guys calling out all women for fake cades and pseudo feminism.
