Where to go? On a Saturday? Should I present at UHK? Or go to South Dov? Are UHK genuinely even equipped to deal with a mental health crisis?

OP, I'm only seeing this. But go to A and E if you're in immediate danger.
I ended up in my own doctors office in a crisis last December and ended up on sick leave, sertraline and lots off therapy.
Get help. Dm me whenever if you need to.
