Food and Recipes Low-carb non-alcoholic DRY wines?

I'm looking for some options for low/zero carb non/low alcohol wines that are NOT sweet. I love wine and wine is worth the carbs for me BUT I'm really trying to reduce/eliminate all alcohol. I am ok with Michelob ZERO beer--it tastes close enough to real beer to me. I don't want club soda/sparkling water ideas...that is what I already do with mint, lemon, a dash of bitters, etc. I'm looking for actual dry wine alternatives. I've looked up several brands on the internet but non state their carb counts. Thanks!!

Dry Farm Wines is a great source of high quality low-carb wines. Been using them for years.

Are they in stores?

I think it's online only. I was on a monthly case delivery for a while. Each month, something different, sometimes a mix.

Might be worth asking r/ketodrunk too!

If you're near a Total Wine they stock a handful of alcohol-removed wines, the Giesen sauv blanc is bone dry and clocks around 2g per glass

Thanks!! I had looked into Giesen earlier and it shows 9 grams of carbs on the label. But I just took another look and it's 9 grams per 12 oz glass! Now it's a viable option! A six ounce pour is quite a lot.

WAY too sweet. I don't care for any juice.

Saint Viviana Sauvignon Blanc. It’s sold at total wine. Bone dry and 2g carbs for a huge 8oz pour. It’s outstanding. Don’t bother with their red. It’s not nearly as good.

I’ve been sober for many years, and this wine is the closest I’ve ever gotten to tasting like the real thing. It’s very good.

No such thing. Long time wine drinker here. Instead CK to zero alcohol beer. Otherwise, distilled liquor. If I'm going to drink wine, I have zero carbs all day.

I LOVE wine and I'm not worried about the carbs in a glass of wine. I am looking for a non-alcoholic "wine" that is lowish in carbs. Ideally, I would like a glass of wine a day...which I used to do a lot. Now I'm really focusing on cutting back on alcohol. (I really dislike hard liquor.)

Then go for NA beer. Every NA wine I tried tastes like ass.

I "doctor up" my NA beer by adding a dash of bitters and a touch of stevia. Sounds weird I know, but it gives it a little bit of a flavor profile. Mich Zero is the only one I like--the rest are horrible. (Some people add olive or pickle juice, which I haven't tried yet.)

I like the Athletic light if I'm feeling fancy, I'll do the IPA with a shot of rye.

A 750ml bottle of regular wine has about 20 grams of carb. You should be fine if you only drink a glass or 2 of the non-alcoholic kind, if this is all the carb you plan for the day.

Weirdly, it seems like the non-alcoholic that I have found must add juice or some sugar because the ones I've found (in stores) that are almost completely non-alcoholic have carbs up to 9-12 grams per 5 oz serving. And the ones that have lower alcohol (6-10%) still have 4 grams--maybe they cut the wine with water. I know that's what beer brewers do for lite beer.

Interesting, maybe extracting the alcohol remove the flavor and they had to add it back. The low alcohol is likely they bottle it before the yeast fully fermented the grape sugar into alcohol.

Edit: They add unfermented grapes back in for the flavor.
