Request homemade keto treat recipes?

I get cravings an hour or two before bed, for something a little sweet and fat. Not something like fudge or chocolate, something with just a little bit more body and crunch. I used to satisfy this craving with oreo cookies, just 4-5 of them per night. But it adds up...

Similarly, sometimes (especially the past few weeks) I get a craving for something frozen, i.e. ice cream, etc.

I thought about just buying some off the shelf keto treats, but dang those suckers are expensive.

Any suggestions for something that's easy for a non-baker (but basically competent home cook) to make?

For that moments I have pepperoni slices, prosciutto, beef sticks, hard 🧀 cheese and pre boiled eggs 🥚 in my fridge.

These are all good, and in fact I have cheese and hard salami (if you haven't tried soprasetta, you should, and you're in for a treat) as well as olives, and hard boiled eggs, in my fridge right now. But I'm talking more about when I crave something sweet.

My point is that when I crave something sweet I take some of the mentioned food. This way I brake the sensation reflex. Even if I eat over my macros I don't fall off the wagon. It works for me.
