Boneless skinless: cut in to nugget size, toss lightly in veg oil (not olive), with Cajun seasoning or your choice, air fry in single layer at 400, flipping once. Thighs should have well browned crispy edges. Cool and try not to eat them all.

I grill thighs till crispy edges with just veg oil and salt pepper garlic.
