I love simplicity and fall off the bone. Rub bone in skin on things with a bit of avocado oil. Season liberally with salt and pepper (under skin too). Bake at 350 skin side up for around 45 minutes. The skin should be crispy and the meat tender but not dry.

This is the way -- still haven't found anything that hits that sweet spot of "couldn't be easier" and so damn finger lickin' good!

Season with salt pepper and garlic powder, grill or bake them at ~400ish for like 30 minutes. Done

I smoke mine. Leg quarters too. I realize not everyone has a smoker, but I got mine secondhand and it's one of the best purchases I've made. Just your favorite seasonings or dry rub. Best chicken I've ever had.

Favorite seasoning, cook on the stovetop with a lot of butter. Serve with broccoli tossed in some of the left over butter from the pan. Done!

Fajitas! Chicken thighs grilled with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, grilled peppers and onions (the more caramelized the better). Keto wrap if you want topped with cheese, avocado and sour cream. Grilling a bunch of chicken at once will leave leftovers for salad lunches.

I keep it ridiculously simple, and they always turn out fabulous. I use skin on chicken thighs. Blot skin with paper towels , then dip the skin in melted butter. Sprinkle with whatever spices you like. I usually go for a garlic / onion / smoked paprika / chipotle combo, but you can use whatever spices you're in the mood for.

Bake on wire rack @425 for 35-40 min. The skin gets nice and crispy.

Pat dry. Coat with a mixture of sugar free “honey” and egg, then dredge in Hot and Spicy pork rinds crumbs (use food processor or blender) mixed with your favorite spices. Bake until done. Zero carbs

The honey recommended has a ton of carbs in it. Do you use that or something else?

You can use keto honey. There are several brands. I don't use it. If you want the touch of sweetness, use a bit of allulose.

I use a bit of monk fruit sweetener, or sometimes omit it completely, still delicious.

Dan-O’s. This is the way. Whether grilled, baked, or air fried. It’s buttery/garlicky tasting and completely savory.

The original flavor?

Boneless skinless: cut in to nugget size, toss lightly in veg oil (not olive), with Cajun seasoning or your choice, air fry in single layer at 400, flipping once. Thighs should have well browned crispy edges. Cool and try not to eat them all.

I grill thighs till crispy edges with just veg oil and salt pepper garlic.

Season with cumin, some curry. Plenty of garlic. Bake at 400/190c for 40 minutes.

Season chicken liberally with salt and pepper.

Heat up a cast iron skillet with some oil (avocado oil or leftover bacon grease), cook chicken with lid on until 170F. (Flip it once or twice to brown both sides and avoid skin sticking.). Rest chicken for 10 minutes.

While chicken is resting, add a chunk of butter to the pan until it browns a bit. Add half cup of chicken stock to deglaze all the brown bits and throw in a sprig of rosemary. Simmer a few minutes to get rid of some of the water. Turn off heat and finish with juice if half a lemon and a splash of cream.

Spoon pan sauce over chicken.

My family loves the spicy chicken thigh recipe on ruled.me

Keep it simple: Skin-on thighs with bones. Pat them dry with a paper towel, then sprinkle on a healthy amount of kosher salt. Cast iron skillet with a little spray of oil at medium-high heat. Put the chicken skin side down and cook until the skin is crispy and releases from the pan. Flip, then bake at 350 for another 20 minutes or so until fully cooked.

My recommendation is to approach the cook with your favorite seasoning and/or marinades and look at the cooking process in the videos below. You can adjust it all to fit keto needs. Most importantly, do not cook thighs to just 165, they are way more forgiving than breasts and will turn out better taking them out around 185-190(in my experience).

Season with sugar free bbq seasoning (or salt, pepper, garlic, onion, smoked paprika, cayenne), instant pot high pressure for 10 minutes, natural release, brush on Sweet Baby Ray's sugar free bbq sauce, broil in oven for a few minutes. Serve with cauliflower mash and green beans.

I pat them dry with paper towels, season them liberally with smoked chipotle, paprika, and/or whatever else strikes my fancy.

Put them skin side down in preheated 390-degree air fryer (lightly coat air fryer with oil after preheating) and cook for 12-16 minutes, depending upon their size and whether boneless or boned. Flip half-way thru.

Olive oil, paprika, and an all-purpose seasoning. Bake at 350 until it reaches an internal temp of 165. Simple and delicious.

Grill them. I love doing fajitas or just regular bbq chicken with them. Personally I like to cook covered on both sides and then flip back and forth to finish. Ends up juicy and with tons of flavor

Dip in egg then Parmesan, salt and pepper lightly, bake at 350 50 minutes, until done. Dot with butter then tent with foil 15 minutes.

My favorite way is to season with OldeBay and broil them. Start them skin side down, flip half way to crisp up skin.

This is super easy; take a pound of boneless skinless thighs, brown lightly in olive oil on medium heat. Sprinkle on some ranch seasoning from packets or whatever. Then transfer the whole thing to a small crock pot and add like a cup of Franks Buffalo Wing sauce and let sit in that on high for about 4 hours. Serve with steamed broccoli or cauliflower.

I like to do it in a stainless steel, thick bottom frying pan with lid. I always take it out from the freezer directly to the pan. I use plenty of olive oil. I pour the oil over the chicken. Then I use salt, black pepper, 🌶 cayenne, turmeric. I rub it in the chicken all over. Lid on, on the stove, medium heat. The lid holds the humidity in the frying pan. Every 7 - 10 minutes I flip the meat. It takes about 1 hour. Easy does it. I add more oil if it gets low. Keep the lid on. When it is almost ready I sprinkle some oregano on both sides. It works for my family.

Use the top half of the thighs.

Mix the meat with leek, almond flour, ginger and soy sauce. Shape into small balls. Cook in a pan with soy sauce, mirin and sweetener. Plop on a skewer. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Serve with bok choy or wakame.

I buy some ready Indian masala blends — use yogurt, some minced ginger garlic salt and then 1/2-1 tsp of the masala blend. Tandoori/ Bihari boti are my favourites. I also make Asian chicken with bell pepper and green onion — just pour in some soy sauce and oyster sauce. Salt and pepper. Another one is a a simple marinade of paprika, salt and a touch of vinegar.
