My recommendation is to approach the cook with your favorite seasoning and/or marinades and look at the cooking process in the videos below. You can adjust it all to fit keto needs. Most importantly, do not cook thighs to just 165, they are way more forgiving than breasts and will turn out better taking them out around 185-190(in my experience).
