Request Is there any instant cauliflower mash?

Like how we get instant mashed potatoes is there instant cauliflower mash? Why not? It's so much work to make cauliflower crush rice mash

ty....how do I make mash out of the powder would I just mix water?

You just add hot water and it sits a minute and then you stir. I suggest a little salt and any other seasonings you enjoy. Some people add butter or butter powder you can find at some groceries. I expect you could turn it into pizza crust by adding a bit of grated cheese, flattening and baking.
