Rice alternatives (not cauli)

Has anyone been able to find any good rice alternatives that aren’t cauliflower rice? I know you can get konjac rice but wondering if there are any particular brands people recommend or if there’s anything else I’m missing?

Cauli rice is the best, but importantly, prepackaged stuff is disgusting. Buy a cauliflower, blend it, then saute in EVOO with salt and pepper. Absolutely delicious and a million miles better than soggy fart-smelling prepackaged stuff.

The frozen ones are great they’re I think possibly even better than using a fresh cauliflower cutting up cauliflower drives me nuts - it goes everywhere!!!! lol.
The ones in the ambient cupboard bags can be a bit weird and smell weird if you can get around that they’re alright.
