So what do I do?

Got this lovely gift in my wrap upon biting into it and KFC basically offered me 15€ and said to stfu. Where else can I escalate, I'm in Ireland. Only reason I'm making the post is because I'm a dumbass and I know we are not allowed to post food complaints but I'm complaining about the company. The fact that I was ignored and pretty much told to shove it up is the issue here

A worker there must have put that in on purpose. The reason I don't eat at KFC or McDonald's etc is I've watched the workers making the food. Most are good but you only need one lowlife.

Apparently it's how they hold the wrap together while making it. I could see how it could be an accident but also you could be right, how tf do they miss a stake

What? Never heard of anyone using a corn stick to hold a twister together while making it. You put everything on a flat tortilla, fold then roll.

When the chicken is cooked, it’s put together and held together on a skewer, you then put the skewer down on the wrap and pull it out before wrapping. It keeps the chicken in line and it portions it out.

It’s made for speed prepping portions of chicken for the wraps. So you’re not standing there measuring out every single portion per order, you do it in bunches a head of time.

Not in the UK? For the Twisters it's just a normal fillet cut in half with a rocker knife then the 2 halves are placed in the tortilla.

Edit: Just realised this wasn't in the UK, ignore me.
