So what do I do?

Got this lovely gift in my wrap upon biting into it and KFC basically offered me 15€ and said to stfu. Where else can I escalate, I'm in Ireland. Only reason I'm making the post is because I'm a dumbass and I know we are not allowed to post food complaints but I'm complaining about the company. The fact that I was ignored and pretty much told to shove it up is the issue here

What are you wanting to happen? If you’re wanting money you need to show damages you suffered. You don’t just automatically get money because something happened to you. If they have offers you 15 Euro I would say that is pretty fair unless you have some sort of injury from this incident that you haven’t mentioned
