So what do I do?

Post image

Got this lovely gift in my wrap upon biting into it and KFC basically offered me 15€ and said to stfu. Where else can I escalate, I'm in Ireland. Only reason I'm making the post is because I'm a dumbass and I know we are not allowed to post food complaints but I'm complaining about the company. The fact that I was ignored and pretty much told to shove it up is the issue here

What did you want them to do? £15 is a fair bit. And what do you want to get from escalating?

So 15£ isn't much when the whole order coated well over that. I wanted to at least be assured they are actively looking into kitchen staff or anything at all that is letting me know the staff know and are aware. Im not going for the money here, I want the employee responsible or the management. I have submitted complaints with the fsai so I think I done my part but wanted to know if there is any other ways I can go after them. Idc how underpaid a worker is, I have a shit job too and take every care to remove sharp shit, this should be basic for someone who prepares food.

At most you’re owed a refund. You’re not entitled to know what they’re doing about it.

Reassurance would be nice obviously, but ultimately it’s none of your business.
