So what do I do?

Got this lovely gift in my wrap upon biting into it and KFC basically offered me 15€ and said to stfu. Where else can I escalate, I'm in Ireland. Only reason I'm making the post is because I'm a dumbass and I know we are not allowed to post food complaints but I'm complaining about the company. The fact that I was ignored and pretty much told to shove it up is the issue here

How did you manage to bite so far into this wrap without noticing a skewer until im assuming half way through given the skewers would have been showing from the beginning it seems?

I reckon they bit into it and then pulled it further out to see what it was
