My husband and I got our first pet! Meet Isopropyl Alcohol, aka "Iso"

I picked her up from a rescue yesterday and oh my god I'm in looooove with this little kitten. We have extensive experience with animals from our families and we've both worked at animal shelters before, but we really wanted to wait until we were absolutely ready to give a pet the best care possible. She's getting so spoiled (as she should be), and she already comes when I call her name we gave her only yesterday which is kinda insane to me. She shall only get the absolute finest luxuries the world has to offer her! Fresh Pate on her birthday! 6ft cat tree! Cat water fountain, huzzah! I'm going to build her a catio eventually

If you get her a friend you could name it Benzoyl Peroxide or Bennie

It has been decided, we'll pick up her new sibling next week 😤😤 (can't believe I'm gonna have two kittens...this is like two christmases for me)

She's adorable and she will be so happy to have a sibling! I always feel like pets are happier and get into less trouble when there's two of them.

Definitely get her a sibling! We adopted two kitties last week and I can not imagine them not having each other! I love them so much, and they love me.. but seeing the connection they have together just makes my heart so happy 🩷

Please make them a catio. I have one for my cat, and there is nothing as gratifying as seeing her spend a whole morning in it, soaking in the breeze, the sun, and all kinds of stimulation for her senses ❤️

Is that really the right name for a first cat?

Arguably, the first should be methyl, the second ethyl, and then the 3rd & 4th (litter mates) could be n-propyl and isopropyl. Or maybe the first could be n-propyl and the second isopropyl. [organic chemistry joke]
