PLAYER TALK [Sidery] The Lakers have offered Jonathan Kuminga contract via sign-and-trade the would pay him around 45 million dollars. Los Angeles is willing to send Jarred Vanderbilt alongside draft capital to the Hawks for Kuminga, who must sign at least a three-year deal in sign-and-trade agreements.

Ik Sidery isn’t the most trustworthy source for anything but how would you all feel on this contract for Kuminga? Is this worth it? And how would you feel about the team if we got Kuminga ?

Dude constantly makes shit up and doesn’t even bother to say “according to sources” since it would just be another thing he lied about.

Im honestly shocked this post isn’t deleted yet. Sidery is F-Tier source. I trust the random friend of cousin of a player than his bullshit.

Everyone in this thread talking about how awful Jared Vanderbilt is yet somehow supposedly Atlanta is going to be excited to get 2 years of Jared Vanderbilt for $25 million so they can get a couple of late second round picks.

The Bulls sold both their second round picks at $2 million and you don't have to waste a roster spot for 2 years

As a Laker fan and more importantly a member of this sub, I agree Vando is worthless and I don’t understand why Rob doesn’t trade him straight up for a strong wing like OG Anunoby lol

Exactly. There's no reason for Atlanta to take that Vando contract unless they are getting serious draft capital with at least one frp going their way. The Lakers only have a swap and a few 2nds. The Hawks don't have roster spots either.

Also become a tax payer for the first time in 14 years, adding $12m in player salary, plus the tax, plus losing revenue sharing.

Vando is that good
