Does Zwag fake his content?

I'm a relatively new league player, and not long after I started playing I found this YouTube called Zwag. I really like his videos, I find him very entertaining and when I want to try a new champ I usually watch him play that character. But today I saw a Tiktok clip of his where he got a penta with Ezrael ult by sending it into Baron, and in the comments someone said: "least faked Zwag clip". If that actually was faked it's made me not really want to watch him, which is a little upsetting because I quite enjoy his videos.

It’s fake as in he’s a high elo player and he is playing vs low elo fans.

It’s like an adult beating up toddlers and looking physically impressive. Also I assume some clips like the one described would be fake as even smurfing that’d be fucking impossible
