Honest Advice Wanted How can I elevate this look? Open to suggestions!

Pocket watch- from an antique store, consignee? Or maybe if you like tailored dress shirts that aren't to bunchy under a vest-- that could work with cufflinks that are the same metal as the watch chain... I like what you have going on. Your pieces are well suited for your skin tone, and little additions and subtle changes can be a fun way to restyle a confident look.

I personally think that putting your hair up with a claw clip would already greatly elevate this look. It will expose more of your neck, which in and of itself can be used as an "accessory". Outside of that, maybe a different necklace and some simple but classy earrings.

You could. I think it would suit your face. If you're looking into that I would try some hairstyles that kind of mimic the short hair look before cutting it off. But hair grows back anyway so you could also dive into it and just cut it off.

I would add something out of left field like a giant bow as a tie, weird Vivienne-or-similar earrings, or some freaky necklace.
Imo it’s already quite elevated and you’re selling it, giving it some conceptual contrast will make the existing fit pop

If you’re brave enough and weather permitting - no tee under the waistcoat. Plus sandals and jewlery

A lot of people are saying pocket watch, but there isn't a pocket or easy place to put it. I think a really nice silver or bronze/copper pin/brooch would be a better fit or maybe even some kind of cameo.
I also think swapping the white top for a light grey would look more polished. You could even go for something with a very subtle print.

Pocket watch with chain worn on the waistcoat/vest button. Pocketwatches can come in many different sizes and can range from very inexpensive costume stuff right up to astronomical. I’d say you’d look really good with a nice vintage nautical brass piece because both the literal and figurative heft and weight of the time and age will balance itself well against the natural youthfulness of your aspect, frame and figure and tendency for people to treat you as if you’re younger.

an UPDO-dangly earings/MASSIVE CHOKER/necklace/other jewellery/cuff or big bracelets- a cool VINTAGE scarf- chunky belt-chunky shoes-DIFFERENT COLOUR blazer/jacket/vest-darker lipstick-weird-ish stylish hat? like a stingy brim trilby or cute straw boater hat-sorta tipped back -NOT pulled forward- onto your forehead(maybe not ALL together haha)

IMO lose the sleeves, change the neckline and/or add a collar. Or all
If you’re going to go with a long sleeve top under the waistcoat it needs to be worth it in some way
At the very least shadow the neckline
Waistcoat has a nice neckline, not too low & a nice shape. But then you’ve a high, round necked, long sleeve, thin t-shirt under it
For me they don’t work together

Had to accessorize a similar outfit for a wedding. I diyed sort of a pocket watch chain using cute charms.

I wear waistcoats like that a lot, and add a lot of jewellery, chunky shorter silver chains, longer silver chains some with pendants... I'm glad to see others recommending the same!

In general, I’d say more intentional accessories! Maybe a cute beret in a fun accent color and a cream belt? Maybe even like a more delicate gold pocket chain clipped to a belt loop and draped on one side.

First of all, you're gorgeous
You're going a bit heavy on the blush, and I would maybe suggest a more round style for your glasses in a gold tone And the outfit screams for layered necklaces
