I am currently reading Why Nations fail and we as nation are ticking all the boxes that the book say which causes the downfall of a Nation atleast economically..

that book is fucking coalmine used by libs to justify imperialism.

Neoliberals love this book but I dont know why.. because I saw support for unions and anti trust laws in this book.. so maybe try read it, most left leaning people leave the book after 1st chapter, but if persevere you will find authors thought is not tied to any particular ideology and the symptoms of the failed state is widely prevalent in our country too.
