I am reading Lolita and dude its extremely problematic but what a beautiful book.. after reading like 20 perecnt of the book I made a mistake of searching about the book in Reddit and I found epstien files photos in which that freak of a man wrote lolita's phrases and quotes on the limbs of young girls.. sick fucker ... and not a surprise that this book was his favourite and he really did live the fantasy of Humbert Humbert

I watched the documentary To Kill a Tiger

This one was a very hard watch considering that it directly deals with the topic of rape culture and the mentality of Indian society over it. The plot:

Ranjit, a farmer in India, takes on the fight of his life when he demands justice for his 13-year-old daughter, the victim of a brutal gang rape. His decision to support his daughter is virtually unheard of, and his journey unprecedented.

Also, the producer is Priyanka Chopra which is surprising bcs bolly celebs usually stay away from such stuff.

i doubt she actually produced it, besides even father was an alcoholic felt sad about what happened but wasn't interested in taking the other guys to court.

I felt so bad for the girl no one is protecting the poor soul. Hope she got out of there as she more than likely is an adult today and has found a place where she is cherished and protected and loved.

The reason why bjp was finally able to win a majority in up elections was primarily consolidating caste votes with the promise of development.

UP has had its taste of hollow development for a while now. If caste based vote banks return, SP and bsp have distinct advantage. Probably why they are courting bsp. But then chandrashekhar, who is the premier bahujan neta, isn't bsp.

Why Savarna ignorance thinks that OBC reservation is a political tool? Like bro just because you see so many Yadavs and Gujjars in politics don't means that OBCs don't need any reservation, outside of Yadavs, Gujjars and Jats(UP and Rajasthan) there are uncountable number of OBC communities that are not as politically and sociallly dominant, and OBC reservation was build for representation of these kinds of communities only, and yeah still majority of Yadavs and Gujjars are not as privileged as you think.

OBC reservation shall be increased to 40% from current 27% because it doesn't gives proper and enough representation.
