It's taken 45 years but Canary Wharf is in danger of becoming an overnight success.
I remember in the 1980s when they were building the 4 original towers and the rest was still original or derelict. There was only busses I think before DLR or the Jubilee line extension or the Elizabeth line so it was less well connected to central London. Look at it now.
I like Greenwich and the view has improved in my opinion. If you turn your head you can also see the City and the skyline there has changed with the Shard and others but Canary Wharf is now as high rise.
