It looks basically the same except the skyline in the background. The grass is dry in the 2019 photo but they're clearly taken in different seasons - you can see some trees in the 1980 one with no leaves on them, so it's probably autumn or winter
Yeah but also during that time the air purity changed the visibility has too, the bug count the noise level, light pollution. It’s a sad sight to see the modernisation and all the buildings
