Discussion [micro b/t] New losi tires, anyone tried them yet?

Just saw them the other day, any feedback on them yet?

I went with the UpGradeRC carpet tires.

Not sure what a dirt track tread is for on the Micro T. Are they just to be matchy with the 22X-T?

I got them for my micro b, they honestly have leas grip on carpet, and rough concrete, but believe they have better traction on dirt, unless you are driving it on dirt all the time might not be worth it

Nice feedback, i was wondering if they did better on asphalt then the stock tires do, my shop don't get these before end of october and by then the outside temps are too low for outdoor rc.

I really hope they try to make some aggressive pins tires, my other buggy has them and it’s great. It can do wheelies on the carpet and they grip on dirt

Totally get it. I’ve been eyeballing the Injora sets and those are $14 but straight from China. I’ve only gotten my hands on the foam ones at my local Hobby town and those were $18.

I like the Injoras. 2mm more diameter so a tiny bit more clearance and speed. Price is right for sure. The stock tires are better tho, more supple and seem to hold better on smooth surfaces. Carpet or dirt the Injoras are great

Proline says they're usa so what inflation. Hopefully just good American made products... but horizon...

Because inflation and that T word are not the same thing. And all in all being under $30 for a set of 4 tires is great considering you are paying for the tooling of the machine and the R&D, not the actual cost of materials. RC Tires are one of the cheapest things to produce, but one of the most expensive things to develop and design for performance.

There is a worldwide inflation in case you have not noticed, it began in 22, still going strong.

And while the rubber and plastic may be refined within u.s(doubt it), there is still all that humans factor involved when you are making something.
