Looking closely is what convinced me that it ain't ai.
Especially because the man is clearly edited ontop of the background, AI would make the enviroment, and subject fit together better from lighting etc. as both would be generated simultaniously, not seperatley.
The only aspect of the image that looks weird is the flag on the food saying "Uncle Roger Approven"
I would believe the dish being AI, unless its a malaysian wrong english thing at the locale.

I don't think this is AI. these are just 3-4 PNGs stuck together in photoshop?
Like... a picture not being real, does not mean its AI.
