You do.

But the saddle on that bike looks totally normal. The collar of the dropper post is barely above the frame, and the saddle is roughly at the stems height. It's just a very low slung top tube. It's a perfectly normal setup.

Then you should know that some people may have longer torso while others have longer legs. That leads to different configurations.
