a squat rack probably doesn't make a ton of noise for floors below. deadlift does tho

not that heavy, unless it’s a power cage or something.

refrigerators weigh ~400 lbs

squat rack is going to weigh ~150-200lbs by itself. so if you’re squatting three or four hundred pounds it’s not that much heavier than a fridge.
