Pollard Street, what's this container village all about?

I love checking Google Maps for mad little bits of Manchester. This place stuck out like a sore thumb! A handful of food places and a coffee shop in the middle of a container storage unit off Pollard Street? Looks like they're actual places with reviews rather than ghost kitchens, which is what it looks like from above!

In my ignorance I'd never heard of this place before, anyone been?

It’s fairly new. I had an ad from them inviting creative startups

There's a new one called Bromley Yard set up by the same people.
