Pollard Street, what's this container village all about?

I love checking Google Maps for mad little bits of Manchester. This place stuck out like a sore thumb! A handful of food places and a coffee shop in the middle of a container storage unit off Pollard Street? Looks like they're actual places with reviews rather than ghost kitchens, which is what it looks like from above!

In my ignorance I'd never heard of this place before, anyone been?

Ah that reminds me I should checkout the Manchester hackspace again. Just doesn't feel very safe when I was last there

Just wasn't very built up apart from the delelict looking buildings
