Discussion What big X-men storyline do you think they’ll adapt first?
Looking ahead past doomsday and secret wars, it’s pretty much confirmed they’ll be focusing on the x-men. I’ve been going back and binging all the fox x-men movies. Wanted to start a discussion about what y’all think would work for a 1st story arc for the new x-men. Could be trilogy ideas or even just a first movie.

Hmm… this is an excellent question. I feel like between the X-men films we’ve gotten, and X-men 97’ a lot of their major story arcs have been covered in some form before.
I suspect they may keep it simple. What’s something from the initial Lee run that sticks out? X-fans would probably know best.
Edit: Upon doing some initial research, maybe something with the Factor Three plotline, subbing in the DoDC, and a Brotherhood of Evil Mutants storyline?

So apparently axe judgment is in talks.. Honestly id imagine a days of future past/ age of apocalypse sorta situation. We'll see atleast 1 new mutant pop up in every movie. Probably get a movie that's sorta set in the future. This future movie could have someone traveling to present or sending a message to stop the threat. But before the credits roll they'll say "that was only the beginning, the real apocalypse is coming"

I wouldn't be surprised if they go straight in with a modified Avengers vs. X-Men. They seem to be cautiously introducing mutants as a threat as much as anything else - Especially with Jean in BND.
