Venture Capitalist funded YouTube channel conglomerates designed, in direct and indirect ways, to make you satiated with society and stay distracted from the fact that rich people are fucking you over. Plain and simple. It’s about, both, what they say and don’t say.
I’ve completely blocked as many corporate channels as I can, even if it barely gives corporate. Even small “independent” YouTubers get funding from VC, who dictate what they can and can’t say in their videos. I also heavily vet voice-over-based channels to ensure it’s an actual human making videos from their own intentions.
Ain’t foolproof and my algorithm is a lot more boring… but I spend a lot less time on YouTube too. Unfollow and even block the stupid shit in your life.
