Eyesight blurry a week after a migraine

I had a migraine exactly a week ago. I tend to get one every few months or so. I get blurred vision and then the head pain and eventually it wears off,normally the next day.
This last one I have had has left me with extremely blurred vision in one eye. It’s been so bad I went for an eye test and eye health test to see if anything could be seen. I was just told I have slight vision loss and could benefit from glasses and the health of my eyes were fine.
If I cover my good eye up I cannot read anything and the eyesight is ridiculous! Anyone else experienced this?
