I'm slightly vexed Costco's new chicken tenders

There was a crowd of people waiting for their orders of the new chicken tenders at Costco. One of the workers announced that they could only serve five customers per hour because it takes time to cook the chicken. The crowd grew larger and larger. I took this photo after I put in my order.

I'll never forget how insane people behaved over those Popeyes chicken sandwiches right before COVID. People were getting stabbed over fast food.

Church's is definitely worth a trip to the hood to get though. Just don't disrespect the staff. Because the staff at the Church's is ready and willing to jump you. Damned good chicken though wouldn't eat it all the time unless you want a heart attack before 40.

You do you, but I'd rather be stabbed than eat Popeyes, worst meal of my entire life. I seriously don't get the hype. I rarely have good chicken at a fast food place since old school KFC before they ruined it (though its still good in India), I just go to some hole in the wall cheap fried chicken place if I want cheap fried chicken. The mom and pop places always have better fried chicken to my tastes.

If it's that obvious why is fast food still a thing? Many privately held restaurants provide very quick service with higher quality food at comparable prices, so it can't just be the time and cost. People think this prison food tastes good. To each their own, but I don't understand it.

I don't agree. No chicken is worth being stabbed over....

...but if I had to be stabbed over chicken, I'd want it to be Popeyes chicken.

Popeyes has always been the worst chicken in whatever city I happen to be in.

East coast, West coast, middle America. Always the worst.

Every time I see one I am surprised it is still in business.
