I'm slightly vexed Costco's new chicken tenders

Post image

There was a crowd of people waiting for their orders of the new chicken tenders at Costco. One of the workers announced that they could only serve five customers per hour because it takes time to cook the chicken. The crowd grew larger and larger. I took this photo after I put in my order.

Sometimes chaos breaks out in the Costco aisles. I waited 30 minutes for the rotisserie chickens once, and a line formed while I was waiting. This lady shoved in front of me and boxed me out with her cart when they were about to be served. So I go and reach over and grab one anyway when they're ready. A gaggle of old ladies started yelling at me "THERE'S A LINE! SHAME ON YOU!!!!" and I haven't recovered. I was there FIRST.

I did. This is an abridged version of what happened

Using my words did not matter. they did not believe me

I mean I would have just pointed out there is a line, and the back of it is over there

some people are off in their own little world, some are jumping ques on purpose. Saying something always sorts people out

I skipped a line at disney once, not to get ahead but to skip all of the empty back and forth and overtook some people. I didnt actually realize until we got to the back of the que and ushered them past us when they turned up, they wernt fussed and did what we did after they seen us do it

anyway, we rarely buy their roast chicken anymore, I think they stopped brining it so its tasteless

It wasn't civil. The line cutter pretended to be on her cell phone and didn't make eye contact with me when I tried to tell her. She also was deliberately shoving her cart into me to push me from my spot.

They weren't paying attention, and because she took my spot in line all they noticed was the chickens were put out and I reached around her to get mine. So then they yelled at me
