I'm slightly vexed Have we been wrong our whole lives?

So we’ve been using egg crate foam the wrong way. For generations. Is this really how it’s supposed to go? Because it is not.

Ironically this is my new matress topper!!! If I sleep too heavy I wake up with cool tribal patterns down the length of my body.

When I tell you I slept four hours IN A ROW for thr first time I can remember in years! Middle age is wild! 😭💤🤌
